2 (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese
2 jars sharp Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 pkg. Buddig beef, finely chopped

Blend cheese together. Add onion, beef. Make into ball and roll in chopped nuts or parsley flakes.
