CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion
2 lg. bell peppers
1 lg. cabbage, diced
1/4 c. water
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes with chives
1 c. rice (raw)

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 c. milk (cow)
1/2 block butter
10 slices Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. flour (all-purpose)

Saute first 4 items. Add cabbage, tomatoes and water and simmer. Stir occasionally 5-10 minutes. Prepare cheese sauce in a saucepan, combining flour and butter. Then add milk and cheese and cook until cheese is melted.

Add cheese sauce together with cabbage mixture and 1 cup of raw rice; stir until well mixed. Pour mixture in large casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
