CANTON TURKEY 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
Chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped turkey

Drain syrup from pineapple. Add chicken broth to make 2 cups. Reserve fruit. Saute vegetables and almonds in butter. Blend in flour and seasoning. Stir in liquid. Cook until thick, add turkey and pineapple. Heat and serve over rice or noodles. Serves 8.
