PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry active yeast
1 c. warm water (test with finger, not too hot)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes; let rest 5 minutes. Pat into a pizza pan that has been sprayed with Pam or lightly greased. Let rise 5-10 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and other pizza toppings of your choice (cooked pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, etc.). Bake at 375-400 degrees about 15 minutes or until crust is golden (bake on lowest rack in oven).
