PLUM CAKE 
12 sm. Italian plums
Cinnamon & sugar
1/2 lb. sweet butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Clean plums, cut in half and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over them. Butter and flour glass Pyrex pan well. Mix butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Then add to it the flour and baking powder and mix together. Pour batter into Pyrex pan, place plums sideways into batter in rows and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
