OKRA SUCCOTASH 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
3 c. sliced okra
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in 2 quart saucepan. Cook over low heat until okra is done, about 10 minutes. Serve over rice or alone. Makes about 4 servings.
