PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. russet potatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 crackers
1 tsp. garlic
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

In food processor, mix 1/4 cup Parmesan, crackers, garlic and spices. Put all in plastic bag. Pour butter over potatoes until covered. Shake potatoes in bag with the crumbs. Bake or microwave until done. For a variation: Add dill or herbs.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
