PER SERVING:

1/2 cup cranberry-apple juice
1 oz. applejack
1 egg white
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 cup cracked ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl at top speed for 30 seconds until well blended. Pour into a tall glass and serve at once.

Suggested garnish: mint sprig.
