MEXICAN MIX-UP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 cups beef gravy (I use beef bouillon + water)
2 cups kidney beans, drained
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fry ground beef, onions, peppers and seasonings together until well done. Then add all the remaining ingredients except shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared casserole dish and top with cheese.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
