HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

In small microwave bowl place chips, microwaving on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds or until melted and smooth. Gradually add sugar and milk beating until smooth. Note: Frosting thickens as it cools, do not let it set too long before frosting cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
