3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. peach preserves
1/2 c. French dressing (Catalina)
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Rinse chicken with cold water. Place in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low, 8 to 10 hours. Serve with rice.
