3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. melted butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cocoa
5 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and cocoa together. Stir in butter; add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir in flour and salt together. Beat well. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased 15x10x1 inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's chocolate chips
3/4 stick butter

In microwave melt chocolate chips and butter. Mix together until smooth and spread over cooled brownies.
