NORWEGIAN APPLE PIE | |
2 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs or egg substitute 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. diced apples 2 c. nuts, chopped Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together. Add eggs, vanilla, diced apples, and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream. Makes 12 servings. |
