APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 c. lard, heaping
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice cold water

Makes enough for two pies.

FILLING:

4 c. sliced apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Put apples in pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon on apples. Put 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in bottom and the rest on top after apples are in. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
