This is the most idiotic "recipe" ever. Any idiot can figure this out on their own. What we need is to know how to MAKE the cheese powder, especially using natural ingredients instead of chemicals...

Any idiot can figure out how to make cheese powder on their own. Just grate it then stick it in a food dehydrator. Then pulverize it in a food processor til its a powder.

i'm with you on the "idiotic", but i didn't think about "chemical cheese". if i do this, i will need to know what to do with the leftover macaroni.

What's up with all the idiot stuff. I thought this web site is a place to go to get information not to put people down. I myself did not think of the cheese powder from easy mac. They do sell the dry chedder powder (which I am sure is more expensive). As far as what to do with the left over mac... afer making a couple bags of popcorn you can make mac salad with the left over. It will be just enough for a lunch. Guess not everyone has to be an idiot!

I personally have never seen powdered cheese sold in packets at the grocery store. But the comment about "any idoit can figured out how to make the grated cheese" So RUDE!!!!!

The cheese thing isn't an issue - no need to make. Just use any old cheese packet from a Mac 'n Cheese dinner that you're sure to have in your pantry. Then enjoy your Cheesy Popcorn!!!

Or type in cheese powder and guess what comes up. Amazon sells Kraft cheese powder, just the powder!

Okay so it might just be me, but I seriously had no idea what to do. Call me an idiot but I like it. Also, why would you go to a recipe that says how to generally make it? You COULD just look up how to make cheese powder, and Daffydilly, why are you even here girl? Sounds like you know how to do everything!

just an FYI...King Arthur Flour sells an all natural Vermont cheddar cheese powder on their website and it is AMAZING!
