NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cold milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon or vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom and sides of 8-inch square or 9-inch pan. chill. Beat cheese with electric mixer until cheese is very soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Add rest of milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and pie filling. Beat as directed for pie. Pour into crust. Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.

TOPPING (optional) :

Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and strawberries or 1 cup cherry or pineapple pie filling.
