HOT POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes, drizzled in 1/2 stick butter

Thaw potatoes; mix first 8 ingredients. Put in buttered dish. Top with corn flakes and drizzled with 1/2 stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
