2 cans pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts

Pour pie filling in bottom of 9x12 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pie filling. Melt butter and pour over batter. Then sprinkle nuts over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
