CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
8 c. flour (to make a sticky dough)

Makes two 9 x 13 inch pans of rolls. Blend together and let raise. Melt in each of two 9 x 13 inch pans, 1/2 cup butter. Save 3 tablespoons of the melted butter to use on the dough. In the pan, stir in 1 cup brown sugar and 6 teaspoons cream.

Divide dough into 2 parts and roll out each. Spread with the 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Roll up and divide into 12-15 rolls and place on caramel in pans. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown.
