APPLE CARAMEL ROLLS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
36 pecan halves
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. finely chopped apple

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons butter and 3 pecan halves in each of 12 muffin cups. Place in oven until melted. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms, beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into rectangle. Spread with 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar and apple. Roll up tightly, seal well by pinching edge of roll. Cut into 12 (1 1/4") slices. Place slices cut side down in muffin cups. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately invert pan on heat proof serving plate. Leave pan over rolls for a minute.
