AUNT EDNA'S CORNED BEEF NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cubed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sliced mushrooms to taste
1 c. evaporated milk

TOPPING:

3/4 c. buttered cracker crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix noodles, corned beef, cheese, mushrooms and soup; place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put crumb topping on top (can add some cheese). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
