WILD RICE HOT DISH | |
1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. wild rice, soaked overnight and then drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can mushroom, drained 1 c. milk 1/4 lb. bacon 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped or sliced water chestnuts Saute ground beef, bacon, celery, and onion. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients; seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Put in greased 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
