TANGY CARROTS 
1/4 c. juice from cooked carrots
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Carrots

Cook desired amount of carrots; mix ingredients. Mix with carrots in casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Dot with butter. Bake 15- 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
