CREAMY CARROT BAKE 
6-8 carrots, scraped and sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted

Cook carrots 10 minutes, drain. Combine next 5 ingredients. Add carrots - toss. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over carrot mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 6-8 servings.
