SPICEY TOMATO CHICKEN | |
2 lb chicken breast, sliced 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes 1 can 15 oz kernel corn 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers 4 tbsp. minced garlic Fiesta seasoning 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 large onion Cut up chicken into pieces. In a medium sized bowl marinate chicken in garlic and Worcestershire sauce for approximately 30-45 minutes (or overnight). While chicken is marinating, put tomatoes, corn and pepper in Crock pot on low setting. Fry chicken with marinade, onion and seasonings until cooked. Add to Crock pot. Let cook for several hours.
