BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can Mexi-corn
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. milk
Pinch of salt
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients except eggs in a large bowl. Beat eggs well with a fork and add to corn mixture. Pour mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish, making sure the eggs are mixed in well. Sprinkle top of mixture with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into squares to serve.
