BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Beat eggs slightly. Mix all the above and pour in 9x12 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes and cut in squares. Serves 12.
