WILD RICE AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh button mushrooms

Cook wild rice according to directions on box. Drain in colander. Melt butter, add flour and stir until thick. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add salt.

Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Alternate layers of rice, mushrooms and sauce until dish is full. Be sure a generous amount of sauce is on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
