HOT SPICED PERCOLATOR PUNCH 
18 c. pineapple juice
18 c. water
6 tbsp. whole cloves
3 tbsp. whole allspice
18 sticks cinnamon, broken
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. brown sugar, lightly packed

Put pineapple juice and water in the bottom of a 36-cup percolator. Put the rest of the ingredients in the top. Perk. Clean basket and stem immediately when perking is completed. Serve in hot mugs. Yields 36 servings.

Note: Because of the perking time involved, it is unwise to increase ingredients for a 100-cup percolator. Use 2 or 3 (36 cup) percolators to increase the number of servings.
