WHEAT SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. wheat 8 oz. cream cheese 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple 12 oz. container Cool Whip Soak wheat in water overnight. Boil 2 hours. Rinse and cool. Cream the cream cheese and lemon juice. Add the pineapple. Sprinkle pudding over and blend. Add the Cool Whip. Add wheat and blend. |
