KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 (3 or 4 lbs.) chicken, boiled, boned, and cut into bite sized pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 can Rotel tomato chilies, drained
1 pkg. tortillas, torn or cut into bite size pieces
Shake of salt
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Place first 5 ingredients in bottom of casserole. Layer pan with tortillas. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour on top. Add cheese. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 12.
