JELLO DELIGHT 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, divided
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
24 graham crackers
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. strawberry Jello

Cream butter, add sugar and cream well. Add beaten egg yolks, drained pineapple and nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread over 12 graham crackers in pan or dish and top with remaining 12 graham crackers. Pour Jello (mixed according to package directions) over top of graham crackers, after it has begun to set. Place in refrigerator and allow to jell until firm.

Makes 12 servings.
