DEER JERKY 
3 lbs. deer, cut into 3/8 inch thick slices or strips
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. season salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
2/3 tsp. red pepper (optional)

Slice meat. Set aside. In a large container, mix all other ingredients. Place meat in marinade. Mix well so that all meat is covered. Marinate overnight. Lay strips on oven rack and cook 6-8 hours at 150 degrees. Line oven bottom with aluminum foil.
