DEER JERKY 
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
3 lb. lean deer meat, cut lengthwise into strips

Marinate meat in mixture overnight, stirring occasionally. Hang meat on toothpicks on top oven rack. Bake on low heat 8-10 hours, or until meat has dried. Put drip pan under meat in oven. Leave at room temperature for 2 days then place in ziploc bags and refrigerate.
