DEER JERKY 
5 lbs. deer meat, cut into strips 6-8 inches long
5 tsp. tender quick salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix above ingredients together and sprinkle over meat. Store in cool place for 8 hours or overnight. Hang by toothpicks on oven rack at 150 degrees for 4 to 6 hours with oven door slightly open.
