MOSTACCIOLI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef or 1 1/2 lbs.
2 med. sized onions
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic

Brown together, onion and garlic chopped fine. Then add:

2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. Beau Monde spaghetti seasoning or Durkee spaghetti seasoning
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tomato paste can of water
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes crushed or pureed
1/4 c. sugar or 4 tbsp. or 5 if you want it sweeter
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Add all seasonings, salt, pepper, allspice, sugar and Italian spaghetti seasoning. Then add tomato paste and rinse can with 1 can water. Add to mixture. Add tomatoes crushed and juice and the can of tomato sauce. Then add the Parmesan cheese for extra flavor. Simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Use sauce with spaghetti, mostaccioli, or lasagne. If you have too much sauce, freeze and use another time.
