WILTED LETTUCE SALAD 
2 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Few twists ground black pepper
2 tbsp. sliced pitted black olives
2 heads iceberg lettuce, rinsed, drained & cored

1. Fry bacon until crisp, drain off fat.

2. Add vinegar, water, green onions, salt, sugar, pepper to skillet, heat to boiling.

3. Pour hot dressing over lettuce, toss well. 6 servings, 20 calories.
