STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
50 fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. bacon (or can use pork sausage)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
Season as desired

Wash and destem mushrooms (save and chop stems). Fry bacon, onion and stems. Drain. Add Parmesan, seasonings and cream cheese; remove from stove. Stuff mushroom caps. Cover with paper towels. Microwave 5-7 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Just before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
