CAJUN CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese, finely
3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans, fine
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, fine
Ritz crackers

Blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape into a ball and log. Mix pecans and parsley. Roll ball in pecan mixture until completely covered. Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled. Serve with crackers.
