SANDIES OR RUSSIAN TEA BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar together; add flour. Mix well and add nuts. Form small balls about the size of a walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven, 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until delicately browned. While hot, roll in confectioners' sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
