TEXAS SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (1 lb.) carton cottage cheese (blender smooth)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix undrained pineapple and Jello. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Let cool. Mix in other ingredients. Place in refrigerator to jell. Decorate with slices of mandarin oranges.
