SUNSHINE SALAD | |
1/3 pkg. (26 oz.) orange Jello 2 qts. boiling water 2 qts. cold water 4 lbs. carrots, shredded 1 (#10) can crushed pineapple 8 lbs. lettuce Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water, pineapple and carrots. Chill until firm. Serve 2 1/2 ounces on lettuce leaf. Yield 100 (2 1/2 ounce) portions. |
