SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice
2 bananas

Combine ingredients, put in large Pyrex dish and let congeal. Marshmallows will float.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice

Cook until thick and set aside to cool. Cream 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 package Dream Whip. Add cooled mixture. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese.
