CHICKEN, BEANS AND RICE 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. French green beans
1 c. cooked white rice
1 c. cooked wild rice
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole or baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Microwave about 12 minutes. Be sure to turn dish half way through.

This recipe can also use left over turkey. Great way to use up the holiday bird.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
