CHICKEN, BEANS AND RICE | |
2 c. cooked chicken 2 c. French green beans 1 c. cooked white rice 1 c. cooked wild rice 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole or baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Microwave about 12 minutes. Be sure to turn dish half way through. This recipe can also use left over turkey. Great way to use up the holiday bird. |
