CHICKEN ALMOND SUPREME 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced onion
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. cubed celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Place chicken mixture in a 2 quart baking dish; top with the reserved crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serves 6.
