SAUSAGE AND ALMOND CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage browned, add
1 cup chopped celery
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. blanched almonds
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 to 2 cups uncooked rice

Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or more. During last hour add 1/2 pound coarsely grated sharp cheese. Cover for first hour. Add milk or cream if it seems to be getting too dry.
