CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken (4 breasts), cut up
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice, cooked regular or minimum
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar chopped pimentos
4 green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed well
Dash Worcestershire sauce and pepper
Salt (optional)
2 oz. sliced almonds

Mix all ingredients except almonds and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with almonds and optional buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
