SHRIMP AND SEASHELL SALAD 
8 oz. medium seashell pasta
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. horseradish sauce
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper, or to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Prepare shells according to package directions. Drain and toss with 2 tablespoons butter to prevent sticking. Set aside. In a large bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish sauce, onion, seasoned salt and pepper. Add shells and toss to coat. Add shrimp, celery, and cucumber and toss to mix. Cover and chill until serving time. 6 servings.
