MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate bar shavings (optional)
Nuts (optional)

Bring water and butter to a boil. Then add, all at once the flour. Stir rapidly until it forms a ball; remove from heat and let cool 15 to 20 minutes. Then beat in eggs one at a time. Spread on 11 x 15 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. It will look like moon crates when done - DO NOT pop any bubbles. Let cool.

Prepare pudding according to package directions; beat in cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before spreading Cool Whip. Optional toppings may be added.
