1 lg. onion, sliced 1 lb. beef 2 tsp. shortening 28 oz. can tomato sauce 1 can whole kernel corn 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 chili powder Fry onion in hot fat until tender - add beef - cook and stir until lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce, corn and seasoning. Simmer about 30 minutes. Good served with rice. |
